SAH-SHALEY 2026–27 AND CONSISTENCY

Recognised year after year.

The Lezim Group secured 3rd position in the R-East ward level Sah-Shaley Competition for the year 2026–27. This consistency has continued for the last 14 years.

Smt. Namrata Dubey secured 3rd position in the Sah-Shaley Teacher’s English Elocution Competition, and has been consistent for the past 12 years.

THROWBALL · STATE AND MUMBAI
A historic first, and a Mayor Cup double
A historic first in The Borivli Education Society: both teams of R. C. Patel High School (U/14 and U/17 Boys) secured a proud 3rd position in the State Level Throwball Championship 2026, held at Nanded.
In the 11th Mumbai Mayor Cup Throwball Championship 2025–26, the U/17 Boys secured 1st position, and the U/17 Girls secured 2nd position.

Gold, silver and bronze medals
Ku. Lavanya Santosh Daundkar secured 3 Gold Medals at the 7th National Level Lathi Competition, and was selected for the International Lathi Competition in Indonesia.
Ku. Lavanya Santosh Daundkar secured a Gold Medal in Ekam Lathi, a Silver Medal in Dve-Anikah and a Bronze Medal in Dve-Anikah at the MGFI Games 2026, held at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi.
Mst. Tejal Daundkar secured a Gold Medal in U-16 Katapavitra and a Silver Medal in U-16 Ekam Lathi at the 7th National Level Lathi Competition.

First places at Taluka level
Ku. Ananya Gupta secured 1st position at Taluka level in the U/19 3000 metres, and qualified for the divisional level.
Ku. Sadiksha Khatri secured 1st place at Taluka level in the U/17 3000 metres, and a Bronze Medal at District level.

Athlon is the flagship inter-school sporting event of The Borivli Education Society, held every year. Our students won numerous awards in the U/12, U/14 and U/16 categories, including several prizes in athletics, and emerged as the Champions of Athlons.

Guinness World Record

Ku. Kirti Solanki, Mst. Gaurav Verat, Mst. Meet Rathod and Mst. Piyush Gothi received a Guinness World Record Certificate for reciting 315 Sanskrit Shlokas during the Largest Simultaneous Sanskrit Shloka Recitation.

Peace Poster Contest

Ku. Shilpi Verma secured 2nd prize in the Peace Poster Contest 2026, organised by Mohalla Committee Movement Trust.

Gandhi Smarak Nidhi event

The Gandhi Smarak Nidhi and Mani Bhavan Gandhi Sangrahalay event, Mumbai, saw maximum participation, with budding talents coming together on one platform.

Academic excellence awards

Harsh Bhavsar

Accomplished saxophonist

Harsh Bhavsar began playing the saxophone at the age of 12 and has emerged as one of India’s exciting young saxophonists, specialising in Bollywood, Jazz and Fusion music. He trained in Indian Classical music under Pandit Milind Raikar and honed his jazz skills under renowned musicians Louiz Banks, Sanjay Divecha and Rahul Wadhwani, along with international online training.

A versatile musician, Harsh plays the Alto, Tenor, Soprano and Baritone Saxophones, as well as the concert flute. He has performed alongside celebrated artists such as Shankar Mahadevan, Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal, Hariharan and many other musical legends. His performances have featured on popular television shows, including Indian Idol, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and The Great Indian Kapil Show, as well as Coke Studio India.

With over 2,000 performances across India and around the world, Harsh continues to captivate audiences with his exceptional talent and unique blend of Indian and Western music, making his alma mater proud through his remarkable musical journey.

Shri. Amrutraj Thakur

Singer, SSC 2003

He joined R. C. Patel High School in 2000 in Standard VII and completed his SSC in 2003. After graduating from Ritambhara College, he chose to follow his passion for music, leaving his job to pursue a career in singing.

His talent took him to the popular reality show Voice of India, opening doors to remarkable opportunities in the music industry. Over the years, he has performed alongside renowned artists such as Falguni Pathak, Osman Mir, Udit Narayan, Shaan, Sonu Nigam, and Nadeem–Shravan.

With over 14 years of experience and more than 9,000 live shows worldwide, he has performed across countries including Singapore, Vietnam, Dubai, Bahrain, Nepal, and various parts of Africa. His journey is an inspiring example of passion, perseverance, and the courage to turn a dream into a successful career.

Sharad Amlani is a proud alumnus of R. C. Patel High School and a strong advocate of education, community development, and youth empowerment. As the founder of The Synergy Crest, a premier real estate mandate firm, he specializes in creating strategic partnerships and unlocking valuable real estate opportunities. Dr. Ruchita Waghela Tulle

Batch of 2009 | Founder, Artisan Dental Clinic

Dr. Ruchita Waghela Tulle, a proud alumna of R. C. Patel High School, completed her dental education at Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences and is the founder of Artisan Dental Clinic in Andheri West, Mumbai. With over a decade of experience in dentistry, she specializes in aesthetic dentistry and smile designing.

She credits her school years, teachers, and the values instilled in her at R. C. Patel High School for playing a significant role in shaping her personality and professional journey.
